Smoother divider dragging.

• 修复Dragging the divider bar could stutter or feel heavy. It now stays responsive.

• 修复A resized window could land slightly off. MicroSnap now re-applies the frame once when that happens.

• 新增Lightweight resize option — drag moves just the divider bar and applies once on drop (great for heavy apps).
