A new menu bar icon.

• 改進New menu bar icon: four waveform bars. Part of the unified icon family shared by all micro apps — clearer and easier to tell apart at menu bar size.

A brand-new app icon.

• 新增Refreshed the app icon with a new layered design (Liquid Glass on macOS Tahoe).
• 改進Settings now shows the exact system-rendered app icon.
• 改進Permission warnings use the shared red-dot badge, and the license entry in the menu bar matches other micro apps.
• 修復After signing in from the browser, Settings > Account now comes back to the front.

Half the wait — text appears in 3 seconds instead of 6.5.

• 改進Dictation is twice as fast: median time from releasing the key to text appearing dropped from 6.6s to 3.3s (short phrases ~2s). Transcription and cleanup now travel as a single request, preparation runs while you speak, and nothing waits in line behind bookkeeping.
• 改進Short phrases get a lighter AI pass — same quality where it matters (your dictionary and learned corrections still apply), much lower latency.
• 修復Dictating into password fields no longer sends the transcribed text to the cloud for cleanup — secure fields now stay fully on-device, matching what we already did for audio.
• 修復A slow network can no longer cause the cleanup AI to run twice on the same dictation.

Push-to-talk, and vocabulary you only register once.

• 新增Recording is now push-to-talk: hold the key to record, release to transcribe.
• 新增Your vocabulary and replacement rules sync with your microai.jp account and are shared with the other microai apps that use them — register a name once, not twice.
• 改進Canceling a recording is more reliable: esc works while you hold the right ⌘, pressing it twice stops processing, and the cloud request is aborted as well.

Safety net for accidental recordings, plus insertion diagnostics.

• 新增Auto-stop on silence — if nothing is heard for 30 seconds, recording ends by itself. An accidental hotkey tap no longer records until the 9-minute cap; if nothing was recognized, nothing is inserted.
• 改進Smarter homophone correction: the cleanup AI now resolves ambiguous words from the sentence itself (server-side, all versions benefit).
• 改進Insertion diagnostics — paste failures now log their reason (permissions, secure input) for faster support.
• 改進New macOS 26 (Tahoe) app icon format.

High-accuracy recognition, refinement controls and brand polish.

• 新增High-accuracy mode — cloud recognition runs alongside on-device recognition and swaps in the more accurate final text.
• 新增Refinement strength slider (Settings → Formatting, shown when refinement is on).
• 改進Context-aware refinement — the active window title and your recent dictations on the same screen inform the cleanup.
• 新增microAI Bundle license keys are now accepted.
• 改進Accent color unified on the brand blue across the app, onboarding included.

14 languages, smarter learning and UI polish.

• 新增Now available in 14 languages.
• 新增Learns from your edits — fix the inserted text and microVoice remembers the correction.
